As kids, we’re told to chase our dreams and live life in any way that we want. We’re told that we can be anybody we want if we just try hard enough. But as we grow up, we’re told to get a job in a field that’s “safe” and “well paying” so we can raise a family and give our future children a good education. Why? So we can tell them the exact same thing and start the endless cycle of living lives we don’t want at “safe” jobs we don’t like? When is it right to live out our dreams and seek the life we were promised?
